A practice that combines yoga and acrobatics. A partner is needed to do this practice. One person will be lifted into the air combining the play of acrobatics and the balance and connection of yoga. All skill levels are welcome.

The best of both worlds! The first half brings movement and focus on breath, strength and flexibility; followed by relaxation and stillness with yin.
