ACRO YOGA

A practice that combines yoga and acrobatics.  A partner is needed to do this practice.  One person will be lifted into the air combining the play of acrobatics and the balance and connection of yoga. All skill levels are welcome.

AERIAL YOGA

A silk hammock that's suspended from the ceiling is used as a prop to support you through various flows and the same poses you can do on a yoga mat.  The purpose of the hammock is to help improve flexibility and build strength, without the added pressure on your shoulder, spine or head.
