STEP AEROBICS

Get your lungs and heart in shape as you move to choreographed patterns on the step. As you step to the music, this incredibly fun workout has you forgetting that you’re working out! It is also exceptional at developing balance and toning those legs and glutes.

BARRE

Barre combines ballet inspired moves with weights and resistance to create the ultimate burner class! This class is low intensity and great for first timers!
